Hello Jason,Um, Amy, I think you missed the point. Yes, I was annoyed that I couldn't use my free movie card, but no I wasn't asking for a new one I was pointing out a flaw in the system: if Regal doesn't keep movies in the theater for 10 days or two weeks, then why on Earth would I need a free movie voucher I can't use until the movie is in the theater for two weeks (or 10 days)?

Your Regal Crown club free movie pass reward is good for any movie that does not have pass restrictions. The pass is restricted for any 3D, IMAX, or special event presentations. “No pass” movies means the film is restricted for the first two weeks of release. To find out what movies are "no pass" movies, please visit our website at www.regmovies.com. You will need to click on tickets and show times, and type in your zip code. Once you have found your theater, you will then need to find what movie you want to see. If it has "no passes" next to it, it means that this is a new movie and that no free passes will be accepted. If it doesn't, you are free to use your pass on the movie. I'm sorry for your inconvenience, but this is Crown Club rules.
