Really, Congress? You Have Nothing Else to Do?

Let's see: this bill would put control of our food supply into the hands of giant agricultural corporations, take away the basic right of every living creature on this planet to grow their own food and make you a terrorist (why is Homeland Security and not the Department of Agriculture in charge of this anyway?) for using one of those topsy-turvey tomato grower things.

I'm seriously trying to figure out how this law helps people; how does it help the small farmer or the person with their own vegetable garden? How does this bill support capitalism, entrepreneurship or the rights of people to control their own lives and live an organic lifestyle?
